About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the North American tiered loyalty program, ensuring all technical and functional aspects work as expected.
  • Lead and project manage new loyalty initiatives to ensure delivery on time, on budget, and within scope.
  • Develop and implement marketing communications and promotional strategies across Email, Push, SMS, and App channels.
  • Monitor loyalty program metrics and performance to provide actionable recommendations and executive recaps.
  • Manage the loyalty budget, including invoice submission and expense monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Brand Marketing, Digital, Operations, and Guest Care to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships, including contract management and capability assessments.
  • Support loyalty strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and increased frequency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and operations, specifically with nationally scaled loyalty programs.
  • Proven project management skills and experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects.
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities, including managing through crisis situations.
  • Ability to build solid relationships with internal business partners and external vendors.

  • Experience within the restaurant or franchise industry.
