About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the L&D program portfolio, including executive coaching, learning platforms, and global leadership development
  • Design and roll out globally aligned leadership programs grounded in the "How We Lead" framework
  • Manage external vendor and provider relationships, ensuring high quality and accountability
  • Partner with regional HRBPs and site leaders across international locations to assess and address capability gaps
  • Define success metrics to track behavior change, engagement, and impact on organizational effectiveness
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and champion the use of AI tools in program design and delivery

Requirements

  • 8-12+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Organizational Development
  • Proven experience building or scaling L&D functions within organizations without established departments
  • Demonstrated success in designing and delivering leadership development or manager effectiveness programs
  • Experience managing external vendors and third-party providers
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to lead senior leadership sessions
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and partner with HR business partners effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in technology, aviation, or PE-backed companies
  • Experience designing and delivering programs across international sites with cultural sensitivity
  • Familiarity with coaching platforms, LMS, and self-paced learning tools
  • Experience connecting L&D initiatives to job architecture, career frameworks, and talent calibration (e.g., 9-box)
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation and program facilitation
