Sr Manager IT- Ivalua

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Ivalua implementation for functional workstreams including Procure to Pay (P2P), Sourcing to Contracts (S2C), and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
• Partner with Solution Architects during the design phase to demonstrate product capabilities and own design documentation.
• Drive cross-functional coordination between IT and global business stakeholders.
• Configure the Ivalua solution to meet complex requirements, including workflows, alerts, notifications, and batch jobs.
• Manage project lifecycles by tracking risks, managing budgets, and ensuring successful deployment to production.
• Conduct unit testing to validate functional and technical requirements, system functionality, and performance.
• Perform Ivalua analytics configuration, including creating new indicators, dimensions, and specific reporting views.

Requirements

• BE, BTECH, BCOM, or MBA degree.
• Mandatory Ivalua L3 certifications in S2C and P2P.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Ivalua implementation, including at least one full rollout project and support experience.
• Deep functional knowledge of SRM, S2C, and P2P processes.
• Hands-on experience with advanced Ivalua configuration (queries, alerts, call-backs, workflows, grids, etc.).
• Strong understanding of the Ivalua data model and table structure across the entire S2P cycle.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ivalua L2 Administration or L2 Technical certifications.
• Experience in digital transformation project rollouts and global support.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
