Sr. Manager, Integration, UI/UX Interface & Functions [ADAS SYSTEMS]

Responsibilities

• Determine commodity strategy for Integration, UI/UX Interface & Functions
• Confirm technical and financial system requirements cascaded from vehicle level attributes
• Ensure system integration quality and timely escalation of issues
• Manage people, including motivation, development, appraisals, and objective setting
• Deploy resources to balance demand across programs and plant teams
• Manage recruitment and fulfill resource requirements
• Approve engineering component releases for programs
• Implement efficient design processes, engineering standards, and detection events
• Partner with Supplier Sourcing for commodity business plans and cost reductions
• Develop component system strategies and manage supplier selection and development
• Resolve conflicts between strategy and program deployment

Requirements

• BS in Engineering or related field
• 8+ years of experience delivering technical products through a team
• Demonstrable experience in budget and target management
• Experience managing a team of engineers
• Experience developing commodity, system, and future technology strategies
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Relevant technical and professional accreditations
