Sr. Manager, Icertis CLM Platform & Integrations Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end operational performance, stability, and availability of the Icertis CLM platform for both Sell-Side and Buy-Side contracting.
• Provide matrix leadership to a globally distributed, cross-functional team to ensure service delivery and platform continuous improvement.
• Manage IT integration outcomes across the CPQ–Icertis ecosystem, including SAP and other upstream/downstream commercial systems.
• Lead major incident response, root-cause analysis, and L3 incident/problem management to ensure adherence to defined SLAs.
• Act as the primary IT point of accountability for the Icertis vendor, overseeing defect remediation and release validation.
• Partner with Architecture and Integration teams to design and operate scalable interfaces that ensure data integrity across Quote-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Icertis CLM platform ownership and management.
• Strong experience in matrix team leadership within a global, cross-functional environment.
• Expertise in integration management, specifically involving CPQ, SAP, and complex commercial ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability in SLA management, incident response, and problem management.
• Experience in vendor performance management and overseeing third-party service delivery.
• Ability to work the required shift of 1 PM to 10 PM IST.
