About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the Workday HCM ecosystem to ensure data integrity and scalable infrastructure
- Lead Workday process optimization and implement global salary structures
- Drive successful Open Enrollment rollouts across US, UK, Canada, and India
- Support high-priority initiatives including Performance Management redesign, Succession Planning, and Return to Office
- Manage acquisition data integration projects to unify workforce data
- Deploy Annual Compensation Planning (ACP) and manage integrations with compensation vendors
- Partner with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, and IT to translate strategic priorities into automated processes
Requirements
- Proven track record of implementing and improving business processes within Workday
- Technical expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation, Benefits, and Performance modules
- Experience with data reporting, analytics, and supporting Talent Acquisition via dashboards
- Experience managing Greenhouse integrations
- Strong project management skills, including building project plans, delegations, and test scripts
- Ability to drive clarity through complex technical and organizational changes
