Sr Manager, HRIS

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the Workday HCM ecosystem to ensure data integrity and scalable infrastructure
• Lead Workday process optimization and implement global salary structures
• Drive successful Open Enrollment rollouts across US, UK, Canada, and India
• Support high-priority initiatives including Performance Management redesign, Succession Planning, and Return to Office
• Manage acquisition data integration projects to unify workforce data
• Deploy Annual Compensation Planning (ACP) and manage integrations with compensation vendors
• Partner with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, and IT to translate strategic priorities into automated processes

Requirements

• Proven track record of implementing and improving business processes within Workday
• Technical expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation, Benefits, and Performance modules
• Experience with data reporting, analytics, and supporting Talent Acquisition via dashboards
• Experience managing Greenhouse integrations
• Strong project management skills, including building project plans, delegations, and test scripts
• Ability to drive clarity through complex technical and organizational changes
