Sr Manager - HR Operations

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR partner for Retail and Wholesale leadership, aligning HR practices with business strategy.
• Consult with management on performance, organizational design, and leadership development.
• Lead change management initiatives, including organizational design and communication planning.
• Facilitate the annual performance management process and talent development cycles.
• Oversee employee relations investigations and analyze organizational health trends.
• Guide business partners on HR policy execution, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
• Support strategic staffing initiatives and advise on turnover to support recruitment goals.
• Maintain and analyze employee data, including succession plans, census, and compensation administration.
• Provide direct coaching and consultancy to Retail and Wholesale leadership to build organizational capability.

Requirements

• University degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 8-10+ years of HR leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican Federal Labor Law.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and AI tools.
• Strong analytical, project management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Willingness to travel as required by the business.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in specialized Retail or Wholesale environments.
• Background in the apparel or fashion industry.
