Sr Manager, Healthcare Analytics

Responsibilities

• Examine current and past healthcare data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
• Develop, maintain, and collaborate on healthcare models to support decision-making and forecasting
• Prepare detailed reports on healthcare performance from marketing programs and present findings to management
• Evaluate market research sources to analyze healthcare trends and forecasts for clients
• Perform variance analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend improvements to marketing programs
• Drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards
• Work closely with account teams to ensure accurate healthcare reporting and decision support

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of healthcare analysis experience within healthcare systems or services
• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Proven experience in healthcare data analysis is mandatory
• Proficiency in data analysis tools including SQL, Python, and Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience analyzing marketing programs for direct mail, email, or digital channels
