Sr. Manager, Health, Safety & Environment Management - Global

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Environmental Product Compliance strategy across product design, packaging, and end-of-life waste management
• Develop and implement globally aligned environmental product compliance programs, standards, targets, and performance criteria
• Monitor, interpret, and assess global environmental product regulations to drive timely compliance plans
• Identify chemical regulatory risks and lead mitigation strategies through established compliance processes
• Own the Environmental Product Compliance Process, ensuring adherence to internal procedures and external regulations such as REACH, RoHS, MDR, and CE
• Partner with R&D to conduct environmental compliance assessments during product development to enable global market access
• Lead the Product Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) program to measure sustainability impact and performance metrics
• Manage Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) programs, including data collection, regulatory reporting, and fee payments
• Oversee the generation and maintenance of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for new and existing products

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience
• 7 years of relevant experience in health, safety, or environmental management
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and communication)
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
