Sr. Manager, GSS FP&A and Treasury

Responsibilities

• Support the organization’s financial planning, performance reporting, liquidity management, and treasury operations.
• Manage strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with corporate guidance.
• Oversee the preparation of financial performance reporting, including monthly/quarterly management packs and KPI dashboards.
• Manage capital planning and the business-case process, including tracking capital spend against budget.
• Coordinate and supervise daily cashflow and liquidity operations, including cash positioning and treasury reconciliations.
• Manage the cashflow forecasting process and oversee treasury reporting for management and Investor Relations.
• Ensure proper governance of treasury operational processes and adherence to internal controls.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts across forecasting tools, treasury workflows, and reporting automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Treasury, Corporate Finance, or similar leadership roles.
• Proven experience operating within Shared Services Centers (SSC) or large multinational environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in capital planning, business case preparation, and performance tracking.
• Proficiency in planning systems such as HFM, Oracle, SAP, or equivalent.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing FP&A or Treasury teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the hospitality, retail, or multi-location industry.
• Experience negotiating and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Experience transitioning activities to a Shared Services Center environment.
