Sr. Manager - Governance, Risk and Controls

Responsibilities

• Lead financial governance, internal controls, and risk management initiatives to strengthen risk culture.
• Design, implement, and manage internal control programs and financial risk frameworks.
• Monitor, report, and continuously improve financial processes and administrative activities.
• Ensure risks are proactively identified, assessed, and mitigated in line with organizational risk appetite.
• Oversee compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements to ensure audit readiness.
• Support the remediation of internal and external audit observations through action planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Drive process transformation and capability enhancement using ERP systems and digital solutions.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive alignment on governance and control standards.
• Provide coaching and guidance to build capability within the team and the broader business community.

Requirements

• Extensive expertise in financial governance and internal control program design.
• Proven experience with risk management frameworks and audit remediation.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end business processes and ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and influencing behaviors across cross-functional teams.
• Experience leveraging data and analytics to enhance risk visibility and control design.
• Ability to lead teams and manage daily operations with a high degree of accountability.
