About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the global CRM and customer strategy, defining engagement across acquisition, onboarding, growth, retention, and reactivation.
- Architect end-to-end lifecycle journeys using customer insights to move beyond campaigns toward always-on, behaviorally driven engagement.
- Develop and operationalize advanced segmentation frameworks, including behavioral, RFM, and value-based models.
- Establish "Next Best Action" strategies to enable personalized engagement at scale across all channels.
- Act as a strategic connector across Analytics, Clienteling, Regional CRM, and channel teams to ensure global alignment.
- Partner with Analytics to define success metrics focused on incrementality, LTV, and retention while championing a test-and-learn culture.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in CRM Strategy, Lifecycle Marketing, or Customer Growth.
- Proven experience working within global retail, luxury, premium, or hospitality environments.
- Strategic and systems-oriented mindset with the ability to design scalable lifecycle strategies.
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills and comfort working with complex datasets.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership and influencing skills within a matrixed, global environment.
- Deep understanding of MarTech ecosystems and channel capabilities to ensure strategy translates into effective execution.
