Sr. Manager, FP&A - Commercial Bank Finance

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of associates providing in-depth financial analysis and strategic planning for businesses generating over $1B in annual revenue
• Synthesize and communicate data-driven insights to advise business leaders on investment prioritization and sequencing
• Provide reporting, analysis, and forecasting to facilitate decision-making and track performance against operating goals
• Partner cross-functionally with business and analytical functions to assess opportunities and risks within Capital Markets and Tax Credit businesses
• Ensure quality financial reporting and forecasting deliverables and routines are met
• Communicate and influence effectively at the highest levels of the organization to articulate analysis outcomes and strategic results

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
• At least 7 years of experience in financial analysis and modeling
• At least 5 years of experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Accounting function
• At least 2 years of people management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Master’s Degree in Finance
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
• 8+ years of experience in financial analysis and modeling
• 6+ years of experience managing an FP&A or Accounting function
• 3+ years of people management experience, including managing a team of associates
