Sr. Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial planning process and profitability for the Global Technology Organization, specifically supporting Enterprise IT.
• Oversee enterprise-wide software agreements, including major vendors like Microsoft and Oracle.
• Develop and manage the analysis of actual results against planned objectives, presenting data clearly to management for action planning.
• Prepare and review budget materials, forecasts, and monthly/annual reports including project costing and headcount planning.
• Perform variance analysis to compare financial results to forecasts and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of Financial Analysts.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and the development of business metrics.
• Support senior management with business analysis and strategic initiative development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (or equivalent combination of coursework and experience).
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling and variance analysis.
• Proven experience in budget preparation and managing complex financial processes.
• Ability to develop strategic initiatives and drive results.
• Strong analytical thinking and professional presentation skills.
