Sr. Manager, Executive Rewards

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and administer executive compensation and related programs to support business performance and talent needs
• Develop materials for the Compensation & Human Capital Committee of the Board of Directors
• Prepare executive compensation-related sections of SEC filings, including CD&A and Proxy Tables
• Administer long-term incentive plans, including award issuance, vesting, and scenario modeling
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive and compliant compensation practices
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and Regulatory teams to manage risk and respond to regulatory inquiries
• Lead and develop team members responsible for delivering complex compensation programs
• Provide guidance to executive management and senior HR leaders regarding offers, retention, and departure arrangements

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional compensation experience
• Proven management and people leadership experience
• Extensive experience in executive compensation and providing Board support
• Strong experience with regulatory governance and SEC filing requirements
• Demonstrated executive presence and ability to build trusted relationships across an enterprise
