Sr. Manager, Enterprise AI Operating Strategy

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operating responsibilities of the enterprise AI center of excellence, including governance and prioritization
• Translate enterprise AI priorities into operating rhythms, intake processes, and decision forums
• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities aligned to business needs and operational value
• Translate AI capabilities into workflows that improve speed, quality, and efficiency
• Partner with functions to embed AI into day-to-day processes and support adoption
• Establish approaches for measuring business value and workflow effectiveness across AI initiatives
• Coordinate across business, transformation, and technology stakeholders to connect priorities and outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Operations, Strategy, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in AI strategy, digital transformation, or strategic operations
• Strong understanding of workflow design and business process change
• Experience driving cross-functional operating model or transformation initiatives
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into practical business applications
• Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting the rollout of new workflow tools or AI-enabled operating practices
• Experience in enterprise transformation or operating model design
• Experience in media, entertainment, broadcast, or technology environments
• Familiarity with value realization frameworks
