Sr Manager, End-to-End Commercial Supply Planner

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed end-to-end commercial supply plans for API, Drug Substance, Drug Product, and Finished Goods.
• Integrate demand signals, manufacturing capacities, lead times, and shelf-life requirements into global supply plans.
• Utilize SAP ERP and Kinaxis Rapid Response to build, monitor, and scenario-test supply plans to manage constraints and expiry risks.
• Partner with regional commercial supply chain leads to align supply plans with demand planning trends and market dynamics.
• Optimize global inventory positioning and support informed allocation decisions during supply constraints.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure supply plans support business objectives and minimize write-off risks.
• Track and report key performance metrics, including supply plan adherence, inventory levels, and service performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in supply planning within pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical commercial supply chains.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP and Kinaxis Rapid Response (or equivalent supply planning tools).
• Strong knowledge of commercial supply chain dynamics for small molecule and/or biologics products.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree such as an MBA or MS.
