Sr Manager, End-to-End Commercial Supply Planner

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed end-to-end commercial supply plans for API, Drug Substance, Drug Product, and Finished Goods.
• Integrate demand signals, manufacturing capacities, and lead times into global supply plans to ensure uninterrupted product availability.
• Utilize SAP ERP and Kinaxis Rapid Response to build, monitor, and scenario-test supply plans while managing constraints and expiry risks.
• Optimize global inventory positioning and support informed allocation decisions during supply-constrained scenarios.
• Partner with regional commercial supply chain leads, manufacturing sites, and cross-functional teams (Quality, Finance, Manufacturing) to align production with market demand.
• Track and report key performance metrics, including supply plan adherence, inventory levels, and service performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in supply planning within pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical commercial supply chains.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP and Kinaxis Rapid Response (or equivalent supply planning tools).
• Proven experience working with regional commercial supply chain leads to incorporate demand insights into global plans.
• Knowledge of commercial supply chain dynamics for small molecule and/or biologics products.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree such as an MBA or MS.
