Sr. Manager - EComm/Marketplaces

Responsibilities

• Drive client KPIs across major marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, QCommerce, Pharmacy, Beauty, and Fashion
• Provide strategic direction and refine campaign plans to align with client objectives and KPIs
• Manage and guide an AdOps team in the execution of campaign structuring, targeting, and creative strategies
• Oversee the management of a client portfolio consisting of 3-5 accounts
• Build, monitor, and maintain digital advertising budgets while tracking success metrics
• Drive the use of automation and technology for enhanced reporting and efficiency
• Oversee performance analysis and deliver comprehensive business reviews to clients
• Support new business pitches in collaboration with business teams
• Lead team growth through planning and implementing development programs

Requirements

• Proven experience in strategic campaign planning and digital advertising budget management
• Strong background in managing AdOps teams and overseeing high-quality delivery
• Expertise in managing client portfolios and maintaining strong client relationships
• Proficiency in performance analysis, reporting, and tracking digital success metrics
• Deep understanding of marketplace dynamics and industry trends
