Sr. Manager, Digital & AI Product Applications

Responsibilities

• Lead the discovery, development, and execution of digital and AI-enabled applications that integrate with Crayola products and consumer experiences.
• Identify and scale new revenue streams, including subscriptions, tools, and hybrid play experiences.
• Develop online-to-offline (O2O) and digital-to-physical play experiences that extend the core creative mission.
• Partner with Product Development to ensure digital applications integrate seamlessly with physical products and play patterns.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Digital, Platform Marketing, Sales, and Technology teams to assess feasibility and monetization.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and digital trends relevant to creativity and learning.
• Build business cases and lead pilot initiatives to validate consumer demand and pricing models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital product development, platform leadership, or technology-enabled consumer experiences.
• Proven track record of launching digital products or platforms with clear monetization models.
• Experience working with outside digital suppliers.
• Strong understanding of AI, emerging technologies, and digital ecosystems.
• Ability to translate consumer insights into scalable digital solutions and business opportunities.
