Sr. Manager, Delivery Assurance

Responsibilities

• Manage teams of project managers to lead planning and delivery of critical path schedules for complex customer programs.
• Define and drive a single integrated plan to ensure all business units and factories execute seamlessly.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for inter-factory and cross-business unit dependencies.
• Lead weekly cross-functional program control tower reviews to identify risks and assess recovery plans.
• Conduct weekly stakeholder reviews with executive leadership to communicate delivery status and mitigation actions.
• Track planning progress across the full lifecycle from order receipt through engineering, production, and final delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement and capture lessons learned to optimize large program execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in demand planning, operations, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, with a preference for Oracle.
• Strong data analytics skills using Power BI or equivalent tools.
• Demonstrated experience leading successful project teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or equivalent advanced experience.
• Experience in complex, multi-site manufacturing or global supply chains.
• Lean / Six Sigma certification or hands-on process improvement experience.
• Strong understanding of SIOP / IBP processes and forecasting methodologies.
• PMP certification or formal project management training.
