Sr. Manager, Debit Horizontal Management

Responsibilities

• Lead the Debit Horizontal Management function by creating a comprehensive oversight framework for Debit payment types, encompassing strategy, operations, and risk management.
• Design and implement governance and strategic management across all Debit payment channels.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners, including Advisors, Operations, and Initiation, to establish routines for monitoring operational metrics, controls, and risks.
• Drive disciplined execution and continuous improvement across processes, controls, and operational practices.
• Identify and document Debit payment issues, ensuring major risks are escalated to Senior Management for timely resolution.
• Manage and influence third-party relationships with sound judgment and a persistent drive for results.
• Lead and empower a high-performing team by providing clear direction, trust, and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience.
• At least 3 years of People Management experience.
• At least 5 years of Process Management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting, partnering, and interacting with internal and external business clients.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree.
• At least 5 years of experience with multiple payment types.
• At least 5 years of experience in risk, compliance, or audit.
• At least 6 years of Process Management experience leading cross-functional programs.
