Sr Manager Data Science and AI

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement end-to-end data science solutions and models that drive strategic brand priorities.
• Lead capability programs across international markets, including model design, product roadmaps, and delivery coordination.
• Translate complex business needs into clear project requirements and scalable AI deployments.
• Use advanced machine learning techniques to provide actionable insights and optimize resources.
• Communicate complex quantitative analysis and data visualizations to senior executives and diverse stakeholders.
• Manage the full lifecycle of analytical products, from problem framing to operationalization within governance and privacy frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an analytics-related field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering).
• 8+ years of experience in analytics, data science, AI/ML, or digital/data products.
• 4+ years of hands-on product management experience.
• Proven experience with data and analytics ecosystems, including data platforms and BI tools.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs, define scope, and drive implementation across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Experience developing Machine Learning products, specifically with Large Language Models (LLMs) and GenAI.
• Background in healthcare, Pharma, or health payments analytics.
• Experience in customer segmentation, targeting, or portfolio planning.
• Expertise in developing automated, reusable analytic workflows and model pipelines.
