Sr. Manager, Data Analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of risk identification and audit intelligence solutions to enhance audit planning and delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business processes and risks into technical analytics, indicators, and tests.
• Build and maintain automated, scalable continuous auditing and monitoring mechanisms.
• Drive initiatives applying Artificial Intelligence to streamline Internal Audit and Internal Controls processes.
• Design and implement automation projects for control testing, report generation, and issue follow-up.
• Develop data-driven sampling mechanisms and interactive dashboards for audit scoping and performance monitoring.
• Prepare datasets and visualizations to accelerate audit walkthroughs, testing, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a dedicated data analytics or Artificial Intelligence role.
• Ability to translate complex business processes into technical requirements.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and communication).
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Alteryx, SQL, and Python.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning and Generative AI tools.
• Experience designing task-specific agent and multi-agent workflows.
• Knowledge of SAP systems.
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior management.
