Sr Manager, Dallas Service Sales & Ops

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to develop and implement service sales and operations business plans.
• Lead field operations for service/maintenance projects and service sales, ensuring all deadlines and schedules are met.
• Manage field staff, including employee selection, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Drive business growth by expanding the customer portfolio and increasing unit counts.
• Develop and execute action plans to address safety, callback rates, and technical support deficiencies.
• Manage budgets for material and labor within company guidelines.
• Conduct field safety audits, jobsite inspections, and ensure strict adherence to EH&S policies.
• Act as the key point of escalation for customer issues, contractual disputes, and collection efforts.
• Coach and mentor the sales and operations team to meet specific KPIs and sales goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or a High School diploma with 10 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of management experience within the elevator industry strongly preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of product application, service techniques, and procedures.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding financial statements and contract terms.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other technical computer software.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and manage multiple simultaneous projects.
