About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional value streams to deliver complex products, commissioning, and services to Data Center customers across the Asia Pacific & Middle East region.
- Drive an integrated customer experience across Engineering, Operations, Project Management, and Aftermarket to ensure flawless project execution.
- Take full responsibility for project definition, planning, and execution, including identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Oversee high-stakes projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and strictly within budget.
- Partner with Engineering and Product teams to ensure design and delivery align with customer expectations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to deepen customer relationships and identify opportunities to expand share of wallet.
- Host program performance reviews with internal stakeholders and external client executives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in customer management roles within projects, operations, sales, application engineering, or aftermarket.
- Ability to travel 30-40%.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or other advanced degree.
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and learning agility.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs and manage teams through influence in a matrix structure.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
