About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional value streams to deliver complex products, commissioning, and services to Data Center customers across the Asia Pacific & Middle East region.
  • Drive an integrated customer experience across Engineering, Operations, Project Management, and Aftermarket to ensure flawless project execution.
  • Take full responsibility for project definition, planning, and execution, including identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee high-stakes projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and strictly within budget.
  • Partner with Engineering and Product teams to ensure design and delivery align with customer expectations and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to deepen customer relationships and identify opportunities to expand share of wallet.
  • Host program performance reviews with internal stakeholders and external client executives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in customer management roles within projects, operations, sales, application engineering, or aftermarket.
  • Ability to travel 30-40%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or other advanced degree.
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and learning agility.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs and manage teams through influence in a matrix structure.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
