About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, development, and execution of creative assets across the consumer auto buying journey
- Manage creative talent, including Art Directors, Graphic Designers, and Copywriters, across full-time associates, contractors, and agencies
- Partner with marketing and business leaders to influence marketing strategy and the customer experience
- Review and approve new creative proposals and lead team creative reviews
- Guide content creation for key social platforms such as YouTube, Meta, and TikTok
- Use market research and industry trends to translate business intent into effective creative strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with internal partner groups to establish Brand Creative as a strategic thought partner
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or military experience
- At least 5 years of experience leading creative teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Creative portfolio that includes produced work for large, integrated marketing campaigns
- 6+ years of experience as a Creative Director
- 6+ years of experience directly managing a creative team
- 2+ years of experience at a large in-house creative team
- 2+ years of experience working with a Fortune 100 brand
