Sr. Manager, Copywriting

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of copywriters and strategists
• Lead concept development and oversight across campaigns and initiatives
• Translate briefs into big ideas that deliver against business and brand objectives
• Champion a strong creative process using agency-style workflows
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop AI-driven creative workflows
• Write and oversee copy development across video, digital, and product marketing
• Develop messaging frameworks and narratives for full-funnel storytelling
• Act as a brand steward to ensure consistency in voice and tone

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in creative copywriting
• Significant experience in agency or agency-like environments
• Proven track record of developing creative strategy and concept-driven campaigns
• Experience collaborating with art directors and designers
• Strong understanding of creative briefs and insight-driven ideation
• Experience leading or mentoring creative teams
• Ability to present and sell ideas to senior stakeholders
• Well-rounded writing background (video, digital, product marketing)
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
