Sr Manager - Compensation

Responsibilities

• Design the blueprint for a centralized Global Compensation COE, standardizing job architecture, grading structures, and pay-for-performance philosophies across all operating countries.
• Standardize annual merit, bonus, and equity cycle processes to eliminate regional inefficiencies and reduce administrative spend.
• Oversee global pay equity frameworks to ensure defensible, data-driven compensation structures.
• Optimize compensation tools and vendors, leveraging advanced analytics to provide predictive insights on labor market trends, compression risks, and attrition costs.
• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous modeling of global total rewards programs, including base salary structures, short-term variable incentives, and equity allocation frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Human Resources, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 7+ years of progressive compensation experience within a publicly traded, global manufacturing or technology enterprise.
• Strong financial and analytical modeling skills with the ability to connect compensation data to corporate financial metrics.
• Expertise in executive compensation, SEC disclosure, and Proxy reporting.
• Proven capability in job leveling, structural design, and building compensation frameworks from scratch.
• Deep global acumen regarding differing geographic rewards landscapes, including statutory benefits and regional inflation impacts.
