Sr Manager Commercial Quality

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day processes for the Complaint In-Take Team, including processing complaints and monitoring daily distribution via email, internet, and voicemail.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on In-Take Team complaint processes and ensure compliance with Quality Assurance Services SOPs and Work Instructions.
• Liaise with manufacturing sites and allied departments to resolve issues arising from incoming reports.
• Identify, document, and report high-profile complaint events and provide justifications for elevating to Field Alert Reports.
• Conduct gap assessments for Corporate Quality Standards and author/enhance SOPs to ensure compliance.
• Support regulatory agency inspections and conduct internal self-assessments of QAS processes.
• Drive continuous improvement projects and support the development and validation of computer systems like SAP, TrackWise, and Veeva.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of Pharmaceutical or Quality Assurance (QA) related experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific discipline.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and negotiation skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with all levels of management and work unsupervised.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
