About the role
Responsibilities
- Define the Marketing Technology roadmap and governance for content operations platforms, including DAM and related workflow tools.
- Establish taxonomy, metadata requirements, and tagging workflows to ensure content is discoverable and performance-trackable.
- Configure platforms to support modular content development, assembly, and reuse across various brands and channels.
- Partner with therapeutic area content leads and advertising/promotional teams to translate business needs into platform enhancements.
- Drive platform adoption by defining operating models for user support, training, communications, and issue escalation.
- Manage vendor relationships, including SLAs, prioritization, licensing, and budget allocation for enhancements.
- Ensure the MarTech ecosystem supports compliant development and approval of promotional materials within a regulated environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required (Advanced degree such as MBA, MS, or PharmD preferred).
- 5–8+ years of experience managing marketing technology platforms (e.g., DAM, workflow, or content operations).
- Proven experience defining roadmaps, adoption frameworks, and governance standards across business units.
- Experience managing platform vendors, negotiating SLAs, and overseeing licensing budgets.
- Strong understanding of regulated content development, metadata standards, and modular content reuse.
