About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve retail sales strategy and operations to drive growth across retail locations and brands.
- Serve as the in-house expert on HubSpot CRM architecture, overseeing lead routing, lifecycle management, and automation.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to improve lead routing, customer follow-ups, and workflow efficiency.
- Partner with Finance and HR to design performance-based compensation structures that align with revenue goals.
- Forecast performance and manage monthly goals across individuals and teams using data-driven methodologies.
- Translate complex sales and conversion data into actionable insights and executive-ready summaries.
- Build brand performance measurement frameworks to track how marketing investments impact retail and web revenue.
- Standardize operational playbooks and sales enablement infrastructure to scale best practices across the organization.
Requirements
- Deep proficiency in HubSpot CRM, including workflows, automation, reporting, and system architecture.
- Advanced expertise in Excel or Google Sheets with strong data modeling and forecasting capabilities.
- Proven experience in retail sales strategy or optimizing multi-location retail businesses.
- Experience implementing CRM or sales operations systems and managing sales enablement tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build dashboards and growth models.
- Ability to work full-time onsite at our Denver, CO headquarters.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Shopify or retail POS platforms.
- Experience implementing AI-driven tools to increase productivity and insight generation.
- Background in building analytics frameworks that connect brand investment to revenue outcomes.
