Sr. Manager, Colleague Communications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise-wide colleague communications strategy to enhance engagement and align with business priorities.
• Partner with HR leadership to drive transformation, engagement, and executive communications for the CHRO.
• Manage the colleague communications flow, including intranet oversight, weekly email editorial planning, and messaging calendars.
• Support the execution of global town halls, including agenda creation, video editing, and meeting logistics.
• Create toolkits, playbooks, and templates to empower leaders and ensure consistent messaging across the organization.
• Define the Colleague Brand Story and optimize internal communication channels for a diverse global workforce.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7–10 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or colleague engagement.
• Proven track record of executing enterprise-wide communication strategies as a strong individual contributor.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Proficiency with internal communication platforms such as Viva Engage, SharePoint, and Intranet CMS.
• Experience working within a global or matrixed corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of organizational change management and leadership communications.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder relationship skills.
