Sr. Manager, Channel Marketing

Responsibilities

• Lead the channel marketing team to drive mass market business growth through system solutions.
• Act as the primary marketing owner for distribution partners, managing co-op marketing activities and budgets.
• Support solution go-to-market activities, including product launches, internal training, and external partner training.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on New Product Introduction (NPI) to ensure stock availability at distributors by launch dates.
• Track key customer projects and customer validation processes.
• Review and analyze performance reports to provide strategic insights and optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• BA or MA degree in Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Infrastructure, or Automotive engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry with a strong focus on applications.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to deploy strategy and manage resources.
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in industrial system integration, project development, marketing, or FAE roles.
• Expertise in go-to-market activities, including product demand collection and market promotion.
• Excellent communication and engagement skills with experience managing internal and external stakeholders.
