Sr. Manager, Channel Marketing

Responsibilities

• Lead the channel marketing team for system solutions, driving team development and setting strategic targets.
• Act as the primary marketing owner for distribution partners, managing day-to-day relationships and co-op marketing activities.
• Oversee the management of co-op marketing budgets.
• Support solution go-to-market activities, including product launches, internal training, and external partner training.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on New Product Introduction (NPI) to ensure stock availability at distributors by launch dates.
• Track key customer projects and customer validation processes.
• Analyze performance reports to provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations.

Requirements

• BA or MA degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial, Infrastructure, or Automotive fields.
• 8+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry with a strong focus on applications.
• Proven leadership experience with a mindset for strategy and resource deployment.
• Extensive experience working with distribution partners and third-party stakeholders.
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience in go-to-market activities, including product demand collection and market promotion.
• Background in industrial system integration, project development, marketing, or FAE roles.
