Sr. Manager - CAT Assembly Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of manufacturing methods and operations for memory and storage products
• Drive operational excellence in safety, yield, cost, quality, and manufacturing efficiency
• Manage personnel and resources, including recruiting, training, and motivating staff to meet required standards
• Coordinate and implement production manufacturing strategies and maintain quality standards (ISO/TS)
• Develop and execute strategic manufacturing plans to ensure capacity and resource alignment
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to lower costs, improve yield, and reduce cycle time
• Manage and control departmental budgets, including headcount and variable costs
• Ensure strict compliance with all Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• 10 years of experience in Engineering, Management/Leadership, or Production/Manufacturing
