Sr. Manager, Business Process Effectiveness

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven process improvement initiatives across complex customer migration workflows
• Apply quantitative and analytical reasoning to diagnose data quality issues and process inefficiencies
• Own and evolve SQL-based analysis, including advanced querying and performance tuning across large datasets
• Design and maintain analytical reporting, dashboards, and data visualizations to drive decision-making
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort, cycle time, and error rates
• Partner with engineering and BI teams to deliver scalable automation and AI/ML-driven solutions
• Mentor team members and contractors on advanced analytics, SQL, and automation best practices
• Translate complex technical insights into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience in process management or business effectiveness
• Advanced SQL querying skills and experience with large, complex datasets
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and mathematical reasoning capabilities
• Proficiency in data visualization and creating analytical dashboards
• Experience in process management and driving operational improvements
