About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead translation of brand strategy and customer profiles into creative tactics and campaigns
- Own creative function strategy, resource planning, and organizational priorities
- Drive brand awareness and cultural relevance through innovative campaigns
- Provide creative thought-partnership and feedback to agency partners
- Partner with Brand Execution and Experience Design teams to ensure consistent creative approach
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing creative team through hiring and talent development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or similar
- 10+ years of experience building consumer brands
- Leadership experience within a creative agency delivering integrated campaigns
- Familiarity with the automotive competitive environment
- Ability to work onsite 4-5 days per week in Charlotte, NC
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with brand benchmarks and best practices in the automotive industry
- Proven track record of managing high-performing creative teams
