About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end service lifecycle for Micron's AI platform portfolio, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude, and Azure OpenAI
  • Lead a team of platform service engineers and adoption specialists to manage AI platforms as products
  • Drive deployment, operations, and optimization, ensuring platforms meet defined SLOs for availability, latency, and quality
  • Manage AI platform unit economics, including token consumption and license utilization, using FinOps or TBM models
  • Define and operate the service management framework, including incident response, change management, and problem management
  • Maintain a clear service catalog and lead enablement programs to drive global workforce adoption
  • Partner with Security, Legal, and Privacy teams to embed Responsible AI controls and ensure compliance
  • Manage senior-level relationships with AI vendors and hyperscalers to influence roadmaps and optimize commercial terms

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise IT, platform operations, or service management
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience, including managing multi-disciplinary teams in a global organization
  • Deep knowledge of the modern enterprise AI stack (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Copilot, Anthropic)
  • Proven experience with SLAs/SLOs, incident management, and ITSM tooling
  • Familiarity with FinOps, Technology Business Management (TBM), or chargeback/showback models

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading large-scale rollouts of AI platforms like Microsoft 365 Copilot or GitHub Copilot
  • Experience supporting IT services in semiconductor manufacturing or other 24/7 regulated environments
  • Track record of building enterprise AI service catalogs or cost-consumption programs
  • Industry certifications such as ITIL 4, FinOps Certified Practitioner, or PMP
  • MBA or an advanced technical degree
