Sr. Manager, AI Platform Engineering

Responsibilities

• Drive the architecture, development, and operations of ML engineering and GenAI systems to enable scalable and responsible AI solutions.
• Define and execute the ML/GenAI platform strategy, including roadmap ownership and budget planning.
• Lead initiatives involving LLMs and foundation models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face) and design GenAI pipelines such as RAG and prompt orchestration.
• Design and manage the enterprise AI engineering platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and automation through AIOps.
• Partner with data scientists and engineers to implement feature engineering and production-grade data pipelines.
• Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing AI engineering team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading technical or product teams and delivering large-scale initiatives.
• 2+ years of hands-on or architectural experience with Generative AI.
• Proven ability to guide cross-functional teams through complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant technical field.
• 10+ years of experience delivering large-scale technical initiatives.
