Sr. Manager, Agentic Sales Engineering

Responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Forward Deployed Engineers
• Partner with Sales leadership to identify strategic accounts for Agentic AI adoption
• Act as a technical link between field customers and Product/Engineering teams
• Guide the design of complex multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, and decision logic
• Implement new processes for AI Envisioning sessions to help customers navigate infrastructure
• Drive execution to ensure technical capabilities validate customer investments during pre-sales

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 8 years of customer-facing technical experience (Sales Engineering, FDE, or Solutions Architecture)
• Minimum 5 years of people management experience leading technical teams
• Deep expertise in LLMs, Vector Databases, and Agent Orchestration Frameworks
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or JS/TS
• Ability to communicate technical ROI to C-suite executives
