Sr. Manager, Administration Accounting

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Balance Sheet, Cashflow, and Accrual to Cash Adjustment (ACA) reporting processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Oversee accounting department functions including company policies, internal controls, and external/internal audits
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, debt covenants, and regulatory requirements
• Provide monthly and quarterly financial updates and results to senior leadership
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to align processes across the Connectivity & Platforms business unit
• Provide people-leader support by setting goals, objectives, and performance criteria for accounting staff
• Identify and implement process enhancements and automation within the functional team

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• 7-10 years of relevant accounting or financial experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency with Oracle, Smartview, Incorta, and OneStream
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
