About the role
Responsibilities
- Define ABM vision, playbooks, and maturity roadmap across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many motions
- Establish governance including account selection, tier methodology, and ICP scoring
- Manage the ABM tech stack to ensure adoption and ROI
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ABM managers
- Serve as an internal ABM evangelist for sales, SDRs, and customer success
- Drive results for account engagement, pipeline influence, and revenue contribution
- Build executive-ready dashboards and measurement frameworks
Requirements
- 8+ years in B2B marketing within enterprise software
- Proven track record building ABM frameworks or centers of excellence
- Strong people leadership and management skills
- Deep expertise with ABM platforms like Demandbase or 6sense
- Experience marketing sophisticated technology (cloud, security, AI/ML, or observability)
- Excellent executive communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- ABM certification (e.g., ITSMA or equivalent)
