About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define ABM vision, playbooks, and maturity roadmap across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many motions
  • Establish governance including account selection, tier methodology, and ICP scoring
  • Manage the ABM tech stack to ensure adoption and ROI
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ABM managers
  • Serve as an internal ABM evangelist for sales, SDRs, and customer success
  • Drive results for account engagement, pipeline influence, and revenue contribution
  • Build executive-ready dashboards and measurement frameworks

Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B marketing within enterprise software
  • Proven track record building ABM frameworks or centers of excellence
  • Strong people leadership and management skills
  • Deep expertise with ABM platforms like Demandbase or 6sense
  • Experience marketing sophisticated technology (cloud, security, AI/ML, or observability)
  • Excellent executive communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • ABM certification (e.g., ITSMA or equivalent)
