About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive product retention, consumption, and growth for a global portfolio of customers
- Identify and articulate customer requirements to design end-to-end business solutions
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for stakeholders, agencies, and system administrators
- Assist leading brands in building social media campaigns and process flows using the platform
- Analyze customer product adoption and identify opportunities for upsell or cross-sell
- Identify platform gaps and optimization opportunities to fulfill client expectations
- Establish and nurture senior-level relationships built on trust to develop client champions
- Provide ongoing training and enablement to ensure customers are educated on platform capabilities
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in account management at a brand, agency, or tech company
- Experience with SaaS, CRM, or web technologies
- Digital marketing experience across various social platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to visualize data and present business cases
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience working with social media management software
- Industry-specific knowledge across different verticals or lines of business
- Experience leading customers through change management processes
