Sr Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation and reliability of Sony PlayStation facilities by performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial building systems and industrial equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair building systems including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic devices.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Maintain and operate fire and life safety systems, including fire alarms and fire pumps.
• Respond immediately to emergency situations and customer service requests.
• Repair building finishes such as ceiling tiles, door hardware, and painting.
• Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, and company safety directives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Technical, vocational, or on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, or similar fields.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Basic computing skills including proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to use technology such as smartphones, tablets, and building automation systems.
