Sr Maintenance Planner & Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Schedule preventive maintenance (PM) activities and perform audits to verify completion and accuracy
• Conduct floor-level verification to ensure maintenance work aligns with standard procedures and safety requirements
• Review work orders and maintenance records within CMMS systems to identify inconsistencies
• Participate in continuous improvement projects related to Proactive Maintenance Plans
• Document audit findings and track trends in downtime and PM compliance
• Develop PM time standards, job plans, and support corrective actions to increase equipment reliability
• Coordinate MRO supply chain activities including stock management, purchase requisitions, and kitting
• Manage rebuild parts program and coordinate with operations, purchasing, and maintenance personnel

Requirements

• 5+ years of maintenance experience
• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CMMS
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 90 pounds
• Effective oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Associates Degree in a related field
• Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
• Previous supervisory experience
