Sr. Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage processing trade account filings (including raw materials and finished goods), changes, and data verification.
• Coordinate with the Finance department for annual company inventory counts and customs on-site inspections.
• Complete inventory reconciliation and account write-offs within customs-mandated timeframes.
• Maintain daily communication with customs authorities and manage the "Customs-Enterprise Communication Ledger."
• Handle customs filings for outsourced warehouses and external processing enterprises.
• Manage online payments and registration for import taxes (VAT and duties).
• Oversee the safekeeping of customs certificates and legal documents.
• Manage the application, usage, and registration of the Electronic Port Card.
• Update the annual "Processing Trade Enterprise Operating Status and Production Capacity Information Table" for the Ministry of Commerce.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in bonded factory operations within the electronics industry.
• Proficiency in the Oracle system.
• Proficiency in the Smart Customs system.
• Strong internal and external communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in office software and general computer applications.
