Sr. Logistics Specialist - Inventory Management

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize inventory levels across ECS plants, including raw materials, semi-finished goods, finished goods, packaging, and merchandise
• Ensure high stock accuracy within SAP and maintain standardized inventory processes across all locations
• Analyze material flows to identify risks or opportunities for inventory optimization
• Support plant logistics teams through root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate annual stock-taking activities across all ECS locations
• Manage and standardize Excess & Obsolete (E&O) processes and reporting
• Track inventory KPIs and prepare consolidated logistics performance reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field
• 4–6 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or inventory management
• Strong knowledge of SAP Inventory Management and Warehouse Management (WM)
• Proven experience using root cause analysis methodologies
• Advanced MS Office skills, with a specific focus on Excel
• Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
