Responsibilities

- Achieve regional sales targets and improve customer satisfaction levels
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies within company policies
- Manage channel budgets and execute brand activities to increase market penetration
- Collect market feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends
Requirements
- Junior college degree or above
- 3+ years of experience in sales or account management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
