About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the global licensing project management team to ensure innovation pipeline and timely product development execution.
  • Collaborate with Category Managers, Territory Managers, and Operations to maximize revenue growth and product pipelines.
  • Develop internal processes to ensure licensee compliance with brand integrity and code of conduct standards.
  • Partner with creative departments and agencies to develop on-trend, brand-appropriate creative assets.
  • Drive seasonal line planning by leveraging consumer insights and marketplace trends.
  • Manage global QA/Safety compliance processes to protect brand integrity while supporting business growth.
  • Resolve product development conflicts between licensees and internal teams to achieve win-win solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional business experience, preferably in licensing product development.
  • Proven experience in people management and leading global teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic database management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing cross-category retail sales initiatives.
  • Strong creative point of view with the ability to influence style guides and retail presentations.
  • Ability to travel approximately 10%.
